SOO BAHK DO KARATE
Ages 6 and up
Soo Bahk Do is a traditional martial art with studios all over the world and an internationally recognized belt ranking system. By training in Soo Bahk Do you will develop self-discipline and self-confidence. On the physical side, you will learn kickboxing, judo, aikido, jujitsu, weapon defense, two-on-one defense, and traditional Korean forms. Instructor: Master Grilz, 4th degree black belt.
Dates are subject to change. A class calendar will be handed out during the first week of class. CLASSES CANCELED WILL NOT BE MADE UP.
