Soo Bahk Do is a traditional martial art with studios all over the world and an internationally recognized belt ranking system. By training in Soo Bahk Do you will develop self-discipline and self-confidence. On the physical side, you will learn kickboxing, judo, aikido, jujitsu, weapon defense, two-on-one defense, and traditional Korean forms. Instructor Master Grilz. 4th degree Black Belt.
